What Year? A daily history game

Every day, five moments from history, from the Great Pyramid to the moon landing. The globe shows where each happened; you guess the year, by typing it or by sliding a timeline of five thousand years. The closer your guess, the more points, up to 1,000 a round and 5,000 a day. A guess a few years off costs as much for a recent event as a century does for an ancient one.

Everyone gets the same puzzle, and a new one arrives at midnight. Keep a streak going, then share your score as a row of coloured squares. Free, with no sign-up.
